We accept EFT bank transfers for fast and secure transactions. Follow these instructions exactly—any errors may delay payment confirmation.

✅ Step 1: Log in to your online banking via desktop or mobile app.

✅ Step 2: Select EFT / Bank Transfer and choose “Make a Payment.”

✅ Step 3: Add a new beneficiary with the name: wyattpurp

✅ Step 4: Enter the recipient email address: oorders@wyattpurp.co.za

✅ Step 5: Set the security question to: “Favourite place?”

✅ Step 6: Set the security answer to: “South Africa” (Avoid using brand or industry terms).

✅ Step 7: In the reference/message field, enter your order number ONLY (NUMERICAL VALUES ONLY, no letters or symbols).

🔹 Example: If your order number is 63728, your reference should be 63728.

✅ Step 8: Ensure the payment amount matches your exact order total before submitting the transfer.

📌 Important Notes:

Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.
If the instructions are not followed correctly, the payment may not be allocated, and you may be required to resend the EFT.

We also accept Bitcoin (BTC) payments for a private and secure transaction experience. Follow the steps below to complete your BTC payment:

✅ Step 1: At checkout, select Bitcoin (BTC) as your preferred payment method.

✅ Step 2: After placing your order, you will receive a Bitcoin payment address and the exact amount to send.

✅ Step 3: Open your Bitcoin wallet (e.g., Coinbase, Binance, Trust Wallet, Exodus, or another BTC-compatible wallet).

✅ Step 4: Copy and paste the provided Bitcoin address into the recipient field.

✅ Step 5: Enter the exact BTC amount specified in your order confirmation.

✅ Step 6: Double-check all details and send the payment.

📌 Important Notes:

Orders are processed once the Bitcoin transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (usually within 10–60 minutes).
Always send the exact BTC amount listed in your order to avoid delays.
Do not send Bitcoin from an exchange with withdrawal limits—use a wallet where you control the private key.
