All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind or buyer’s remorse. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under specific circumstances where the product received is damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect. All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Exchanges for Damaged, Mislabeled, or Incorrect Products
To qualify for an exchange, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue:
• Damaged Products: Provide clear images of the damaged item and the packaging.
• Mislabeled or Incorrect Items: Provide clear photos showing the product received and the discrepancy with your order.
2. Conditions for Exchange
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer support team before returning any items.
• Wyatt Purp Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@wyattpurp.com with your order number and supporting photographic evidence.
Once approved:
• You will receive return instructions.
• Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for exchange.
• Wyatt Purp Pty Ltd will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.
